The $10 million Bellamack Seniors Village was jointly funded by the Territory and Australian governments.
Bellamack Seniors Village consists of 40 one and two bedroom units specifically designed to meet the needs of senior tenants.
Larapinta Seniors Village in Alice Springs provides 18 one and two bedroom units.
Stamp duty concessions are available to help eligible seniors buy a home.
