Private Housing Assistance

Territorians wanting to access private rental housing (including permanent on-site caravans) can request assistance from Territory Housing in the form of an interest free loan (bond assistance) to help with covering the cost of bond and initial rent payments.

Bond assistance can provide clients with access to a greater choice of housing options as well as assisting them to gain safe, secure and affordable housing in the private sector.
