Swimming Pools/Spas

All swimming pools and spas (including portable, blow up and above ground) are required to have a compliant barrier before it is filled with more than 30cm of water.

Pools and spas must be enclosed by a barrier that will effectively prevent a child under five years of age from obtaining unsupervised access.

Enjoy your living in your pool, but take care to ensure that your home environment remains safe and help prevent child drownings.
