Complaints

If you are unhappy with a decision made by Territory Housing you can contact the Complaints and Appeals unit.

Territory Housing has an internal and external complaints and appeals mechanism designed to deal with your concerns. This ensures Territory Housing is fair and open in their decision making.

You will not be discriminated against or disadvantaged if you lodge a complaint or an appeal.

How to Complain

  1. Contact your local Territory Housing Office as staff may be able to resolve your matter and explain why the decision was made.
  2. If you have not been able to reach a resolution with the local Territory Housing Office or if it is a complex matter, Territory Housing has a designated Complaints and Appeals Unit who will investigate your complaint further.

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of this investigation, you can then lodge an appeal.
