Access Policy

Territory Housing collects and creates information of a personal and fiscal nature for the purpose of provision of requested Housing services. The Service understands and expects that clients may wish to view their personal information. This right of access is facilitated by the Territory Housing Personal Information Access Policy.

'Personal information is information from which a person's identity is apparent or is reasonably able to be ascertained'

This document is available in its entirety to all members of the public and tenancy staff.
